Production Manager
Khan Tugul needed a TVC and a launch campaign on a tight budget. I built the spot around a clear theme and shot it inside an actual luxury apartment, so the production read as premium without the spend. For promotion, I leaned into where Mongolian audiences were actually spending their time: YouTube, and specifically vlogs, which were peaking at the time. I wrote a vlog series anchored on one of Mongolia's most prestigious actresses, following her as she designed and built out a new home from scratch and crowdsourced ideas from her community along the way. The series caught the trend and turned the launch into an ongoing conversation rather than a single ad.
