Marketing Manager

Stora had a strong content platform but ~90 monthly active users and no working e-commerce. I joined as Marketing Manager and led the campaign to launch commerce and scale the base. Over five months I instrumented the acquisition funnel, ran experiments on onboarding and checkout, packaged cross-border bundles to overcome shipping economics, and stood up a testing framework that cut iteration cycles 15–20%. MAU grew 10x to ~900, revenue lifted 43% through bundle and pricing work, and content reach scaled 125x — from 8k to 1M monthly — via structured creator programs that turned distribution into a flywheel.
